• We will offer you a complete refund, if your employees performance has been completely inefficient.
  • We will charge on a proportionate basis for the days the employee worked, if the employee is not to the level you or we expect. We will refund to you any outstanding amount.
  • If you wish, we use any outstanding money as credit for the next employee, by replacing the employee you are dissatisfied with.
  • With 7 days written notice to the other party, Either party, the client or TeqMasters can terminate the contract. We can accommodate, if the Client request for us to provide a longer notice period for the termination of the contract.
  • It is important to note that, the above measures can be taken if only your dissatisfaction is communicated to us as early as possible (preferably within the first week of employment). If we have not received any communication of your displeasure from you, during the reasonable period of time your employee has worked for you., Teqmasters cannot implement the above measures or call into question the ability of the employee. In this case, the applicable notice (7 days or whichever notice period has been opted for at the time of making the first payment) would be required to terminate our services.
